Terms of use
1. Who we are and what this covers
Kenhold Cloud is a hosted knowledge base for teams and their AI agents, run by Knylab Pte Ltd, 160 Robinson Road, #14-04 SBF Center, Singapore 068914 ("we"). These terms cover your use of Kenhold Cloud, which includes account.kenhold.app and cloud.kenhold.app. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you use Kenhold Cloud for an organization, you agree for that organization and confirm you may do so.
2. Early access
- Kenhold Cloud is in early access. We let people in from an early-access list, and we may say no or ask you to wait.
- Early access is free. If we start charging, we'll tell you at least 30 days ahead, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
- Features can change while we learn from you. We'll tell you before we remove anything you rely on.
- Your account and workspace carry on when early access ends. You won't have to start again.
3. Your account
- You sign in with a code sent to your email. Keep access to that email safe, because whoever can read it can sign in as you.
- You may have one workspace during early access. You can invite your teammates into it, up to its limits.
- The person who creates a workspace owns it, and decides who joins and what they can do.
4. Your content
- What's yours stays yours. Documents, tables, comments, files and everything else you or your agents put in Kenhold Cloud belong to you or your organization.
- What you let us do with it: store it, back it up, and process it only to run Kenhold Cloud for you, such as showing, searching and sending it where you ask.
- What we never do: read it, sell it, use it to train AI models, or show it to anyone you haven't let in. There are two exceptions. One is support you ask for in writing, as the privacy notice describes. The other is a binding legal demand, and we'll tell you about it unless the law forbids us.
- Taking it with you: you can export your workspace at any time, in open formats, and run it on your own Kenhold install.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Kenhold Cloud to:
- break the law, or store content you have no right to;
- harm, harass or deceive people, or spread malware;
- try to reach other people's workspaces or our systems, or test our security without our written OK;
- overload the service, or get around its limits;
- resell it without our agreement.
6. AI agents
- You can connect AI agents and apps to your workspace. They act for the person who connected them, within the access that person gave.
- You're responsible for the agents you connect and for what they're allowed to do.
- Kenhold Cloud makes no calls to AI models with your content unless you turn on a feature that says it does, and then only to the provider it names.
7. Limits, suspension and ending
- Each workspace has limits on members, agents, storage and usage, shown in Kenhold. They may change during early access, and we'll tell you first.
- We may pause a workspace if it breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. We'll tell its owner why, and give a chance to fix it unless the risk is urgent.
- You can close your account or delete your workspace at any time. We may end early access with 30 days' notice, and you'll have that time to export.
- After a workspace is deleted, its data is gone from our systems within 7 days, backups included.
8. No guarantees during early access
We work to keep Kenhold Cloud available and your data safe: we back it up and test restoring it. But during early access the service is provided as it is, without promises of availability or fitness for a particular purpose, as far as the law allows. Keep your own export of anything you can't afford to lose.
9. Liability
As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data you could have exported. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, which is nothing while early access is free. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
10. Changes to these terms
We'll tell you by email at least 30 days before a change that matters to you. If you don't agree, you can export your workspace and close your account before it takes effect.
11. Law and contact
- These terms are governed by the law of Singapore, and disputes go to its courts.
- Questions, notices and requests: [email protected].
